ROOM RENTALS

The following rooms in the Gillham Recreation Center can be reserved by Huntington Woods residents, Huntington Woods Commission-approved recognized community groups or the Berkley School District, when not in use for a Parks & Recreation or City activity:

Gym

Multi-Purpose Room

Sylvia & Herb Holder Senior Room

Warming Room

An application must be completed and submitted for all Gym, Multi-Purpose Room and Warming Room reservations.

For all Sylvia & Herb Holder Senior Room rentals a Senior Room Reservation form is required. 

Room Reservations with Set Ups
Room reservations come with a room set up of your choosing. Set ups are not allowed for gym rentals. 
Please use the provided blank schematics for the Warming Room and Multi-Purpose Room to provide us with a diagram for your preferred room set up.
