Purchase your season membership at recreation.hwmi.org under Memberships or in person at the front desk of the Gillham Recreation Center beginning April 8, 2024.
All pool patrons (newborns included) must be counted when at the pool.  Therefore, they must have a pool membership or pass. 

Royal Oak Section residents may purchase passes for an additional 25% charge on standard fees, plus an annual $50 facility fee. Contact hwrec@hwmi.org or 248.541.3030 to purchase. Cannot purchase online.

Membership fees will be reduced by approximately 33% beginning July 16, 2024. 

OTHER OPTIONS FOR ENTRANCE

Six-Visit Punch Card $53
Purchase 6 individual visits to the pool to be used by the HW resident or their guests (when accompanied by the resident). Purchase online or at the Rec Center. Royal Oak Section residents are required to pay the annual $50 facility fee with the punch card purchase.

Babysitter Pass Card $80
Allows caregiver to enter Aquatics Club while babysitting members’ children. This fee is added to the family household in addition to their family membership fee (purchase at the Rec Center, please).

Grandchild Pass Card $74
Allows a grandchild to enter the Aquatics Club while under the direct supervision of a Senior Swim Pass holder. Grandchildren must be under the age of 18. Each grandchild is added to the household membership account and will be assigned a key tag.  $74 per child (purchase at the Rec Center, please).

Daily User
Residents and their guests can pay a Daily User fee to go to the pool for one day only.  Purchase at the Pool Desk only:
General Swim - entry before 5pm
Resident (Adult or Child):  $11
Guest (must be accompanied by Resident):  Adult=$13, Child=$11

Twilight Swim - entry after 5pm
Resident (Adult or Child): $8
Guest (must be accompanied by Resident):  Adult = $10, Child = $8

Please note that Daily User fees must be paid by credit/debit card only; no cash or checks are accepted.  Same day re-entry is allowed with daily paid admissions. No additional entry fee required. Inquire at the pool desk before leaving.

Guest Admission Policy
A household is limited to 8 guests per pool visit. Guests must be with the resident upon entering the pool facility. The resident must remain with the guests until they exit the facility. Please be aware that hosting parties and large gatherings at the pool is not permitted. Guests will be charged daily user fees.

Memberships and punch cards are valid for the current season only. The purchase of a membership does not guarantee admission if the facility is at capacity. There are no refunds on season membership passes, unused punch cards, or daily visit fees.

KEY TAG REMINDER
Key Tags are required for each member visiting the pool and must be scanned at the pool desk prior to entry. No Key Tag (or original HW pool card), no entry.

If you already have a Key Tag from a previous pool season or other membership (gym, Lots for Tots, Pickleball), your pool membership/passes should be assigned to that tag.  Please bring it with you at the time of your membership purchase or select that key tag number when registering online.

If you need a Key Tag, please contact us at hwrec@hwmi.org or 248.541.3030. Replacement Key Tags are $5.00 each. Please remember to save your Key Tags! They do not expire and in addition to the pool, they are required for Gym Time, Lots for Tots and Pickleball.
